Job description
Visionworks in New Jersey seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead. You are the face of the store, trained in optics, guiding patients through eyewear options and vision services to ensure a simple, human and bold experience.
Requirements include 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, a HS diploma, and current license where required. The role includes meeting daily sales goals and leading the customer journey with product knowledge and ongoing training.
