Job description
Part-time Visitation Specialist
Hours: Part-time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Reports to: FVC Supervisor
Salary: $20.00/hour
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
Must pass a background check
Current driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to follow direction and complete tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Self-motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment
Proficient in using computer applications and technology
Ability to respond effectively to trauma and crises
Experienced in managing challenging and confrontational behaviors.
Knowledgeable in child development, abuse and neglect issues, and family custody dynamics

Responsibilities
Supervise and document on-site and virtual visits, exchanges, and telephone calls
Provide transportation for clients to and from supervised visitation
Uphold and implement all FVC policies and procedures
Complete and review all required documentation
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards
Maintain regular and clear communication with the FVC supervisor
Ensure the facility meets FVC’s standards of cleanliness and orderliness
Other duties as assigned
