We have openings across all three shifts.Pay is $22.05 an hour.Windwalker Security Guards will provide a variety of services, which may include, but is not limited to the following tasks:Management of visitors at access control points with a combination of utmost courtesy, decisiveness, and professionalism.Consistently resolute professional appearance and demeanor of public-facing employees.Validate strict compliance with security standards.Emphasis on interaction with affinity participants such as local, state police, and DHS.Ensure high standards of conduct/zero tolerance for non-professional behavior.Effective and transparent employee discipline procedures.High touchpoints between and among contract employees, client management, and company managers.Preparedness planning for effective response to potential crises.Provide high level customer service to clients through daily interaction with students, staff, faculty and visitors.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED requiredMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to pass a background checkAbility to react quickly to a changing environmentAdvanced ability to respond to security breaches and threats.Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of timeAbility to inform personnel and visitors of security proceduresExcellent interpersonal, written, and communication skillsPossess an ability to be flexible and perform a variety of security dutiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role preferredKnowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment preferredCPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB, or ACT I, II, or III Certifications highly preferredAssociates degree or greater in Criminal Justice related studiesExperience in documenting, observations, customer service and security proceduresPrevious concierge experience
