Job description
Axia Women’s Health’s OB/GYN of Indiana, Carmel Care Center, is seeking a part-time Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. The role involves in-clinic patient exams and extensive coordination of OB/GYN care within Carmel, Westfield and Noblesville locations.
Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN NP experience is required, as is an active Indiana license and DEA. Credentialing requirements must be met; no weekends or holidays, with 3–4 days per week from 1–6 pm schedule.
