Job description
ROC ROYAL INC. is seeking a Youth Specialist to lead a group of children in the Roc Royal afterschool program in Rochester. You will provide guidance, supervision, and engaging activities to create a safe, positive, and enriching environment for participants.
Reporting to the Manager of Programs, you will build meaningful relationships, support youth development, and foster a sense of community and belonging while upholding program policies and child safety standards.
