Removable Partial Denture TechnicianDandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.We are looking for a Removable Partial Denture Technician to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Removables Finishing Technician will operate as part of a team of 5+ removables technicians in a state of the art and digital-only facility in Carrollton, Texas. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment and hand tools to ensure that orders are fabricated at the highest quality standards per customer deadlines. We don't just want to offer you a job, we want to help you build a career by providing you with future opportunities for growth.Compensation: $16-18 per hour Hours: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm M-FWhat You'll DoOperate Quickly: Directly operate multiple pieces of equipment and hand tools to fabricate and/or modify night guards and dentures in a fast-paced environment. Includes pumicing, polishing, and following detailed specifications from the order formDrive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality productsProblem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental labQuality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ensure dentures are free of excess materials) and lead by example. High quality is key to efficient scalability!Collaborate: Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecksWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED equivalent0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to sit for extended periods of timeExcellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterityRobust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and colorPassion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable stepsHigh level of comfort with digital tools and technologyVery high attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Team player attitude and willingness to help others to help the team exceed expectationsStrong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean to avoid contamination with foreign materialNatural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quicklyStrong self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to prioritizeExcellent communication and listening skillsBonus Points ForWorked in a dental lab, specifically fabricating and finishing night guards or denturesOutstanding professional references to shareRelentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work
