Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner to join a highly regarded US law firm in Boston, working as part of an established and sophisticated Private Client practice.
Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates attorney to advise high-net-worth individuals and families across a broad range of sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer and administration matters.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trusts and estates/private client work , with a strong technical background, excellent client skills and an established practice.
The role will include:
Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters
Advising clients on trusts, estates and wealth transfer strategies
Advising on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters
Preparing and drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents
Advising on business succession and wealth preservation
Advising on lifetime gifting and charitable planning
Handling complex estate and trust administration matters
Working closely with other professional advisers to deliver tailored solutions
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Continuing to develop and grow an established client practice
The successful candidate will ideally have an established client base and/or portable book of business , together with a strong reputation in the Boston Private Client market.
