Job description
Distinct | North America, Long Island-based, seeks an experienced Partner/Principal to lead and grow its Business Management and Entertainment practice. This senior role focuses on overcoming entertainment clients, building relationships, and owning the client base.
The incoming partner will take over an established team, guide senior relationships, originate new business, and navigate a planned 2–3 year transition to full ownership while expanding revenue.
