Job description
Tequesta Veterinary Clinic in Florida seeks a Partner Doctor to join and buy into the practice. This is an equity partnership with structured buy-in and financing options, offering ownership, profit share, and a voice in how the hospital is run.
The position provides full clinical autonomy, a strong surgical/dental foundation, and a supportive team. Competitive base salary of $135,000–$145,000 plus a signing bonus of $20,000, with 3 weeks PTO and a 401(k) match.
