Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Partner specializing in General Liability to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to become an Equity Partner without the need for a pre-existing book of business, in a firm that values teamwork and a supportive culture.
Duties
Manage general liability cases and client relationships.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide exceptional legal services.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Participate in firm leadership and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
Partner-level experience in general liability law.
Ability to manage files and maintain client and carrier relationships.
Trial experience is advantageous.
Excellent references and a stable job history.
Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Skills
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
