The Partner Growth Manager is responsible for working with existing Partner accounts to achieve retention and growth.
Responsibilities
Leading strategic partnerships and channel sales to expand BizLibrary's SaaS footprint in the L&D space.
Building alliances with resellers and referral partners to drive top-of-funnel pipeline.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner onboarding and co-selling initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years in partnership retention and growth, business development, or channel sales within HCM, payroll, or LMS sectors.
Strategic sales proficiency with a strong grasp of partner dynamics.
Proven success building long-term, impactful, measurable relationships.
Excellent communicator and presenter with influence at all levels.
Self-driven and effective in a remote, fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
