Job description
Rippling, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development for the Benefits Marketplace to grow and scale partner programs. You will onboard partners, manage ongoing relationships, and drive revenue through strategic growth opportunities across multiple teams.
You will collaborate with Sales, Brokerage, PEO, and other GTM groups to position partnerships, enable partner teams, and uncover new distribution channels. Strong analytics and execution are essential for success.
