Job description
Build and run our referral partner book through the partner portal.
Full-time Remote (US) HQ Dover, DE
Agents and ISOs refer merchants to Flux through the partner portal. You recruit those partners, get them productive, and keep their book growing: you are their single point of contact.
What you will do
Recruit agents, ISOs, and referral partners
Onboard partners into the partner portal and train them on positioning
Track each partner's referred merchants from application to live processing
Own partner economics and keep payouts clean and on time
What we are looking for
Experience in payments partner channels, or strong channel sales elsewhere
You understand how ISOs and agents think about residuals and service
Organized: many relationships, nothing dropped
Based in the US
Full-time, remote within the US
HQ in Dover, Delaware
