The Opportunity
Halloran & Sage is seeking an accomplished Family Law attorney to join our Middletown office as a Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established practitioner who is ready to grow their practice within the platform and resources of a leading Connecticut firm.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a caseload of complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce, custody disputes, business valuations, and post-judgment proceedings
Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and staff
Develop and expand the Family Law practice group in the Greater Middletown region
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and the broader legal community
Contribute to firm leadership, business development initiatives, and strategic planning
Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Connecticut bar admission required
10 or more years of family law experience
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of excellent client outcomes
Portable book of business strongly preferred; candidates with an established client base are especially encouraged to apply
Strong reputation in the Connecticut legal community
Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
