Boutique New York metropolitan-area corporate law is seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial-spirited banking & debt finance attorney with existing practice to join our practice group as lateral partner.

Martin LLP is a boutique corporate law firm with a growing practice in the New York metropolitan area. We are a focused team of highly experienced, senior lawyers from large international law firms who practice in a setting that enables us to deliver personalized, highly responsive client service.
We are a highly collaborative group with team members who support one another. Our matters are interesting and complex and we regularly act opposite the largest law firms in the country. Each of our attorneys focuses their practice in one of corporate/ M&A transactions, debt finance transactions, commercial real estate transactions or commercial litigation.
Our Debt Finance practice represents corporate borrowers, banks, alternative capital providers, private equity sponsors and other participants in secured and unsecured debt financings in the middle market across the country.
Requirements:
Strong Debt Finance Experience: Extensive and focused experience in a sophisticated law firm setting leading complex debt finance transactions described above, including cash flow lending, acquisition finance, asset-based loan transactions, and restructurings.
Entrepreneurial Spirit and Collaborative Approach: A desire to develop business and contribute to the growth and development of the firm, coupled with a collaborative approach to working with other partners and associates.
Significant Portable Book of Business: An existing portable client base plus demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients, with a focus on banks, alternative capital providers and/or private equity sponsors.
