A national management-side firm with a strong California presence is seeking an experienced Employment Defense Partner or Of Counsel to join its growing team.
About the Role
You’ll lead and collaborate on high-quality employment litigation and advisory matters. The firm offers full infrastructure, cross-office support, and the freedom to focus on client work (no book of business required )
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of employment litigation experience
California Bar in good standing
Strong advocacy and leadership skills
Collaborative, business-minded approach

This role is full-time and Hybrid. The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000 + billable bonuses as well as origination bonus(Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
