The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Partner to join our Old Saybrook office. This role is ideally suited to an established attorney who brings significant experience, strong community ties along the Connecticut shoreline, and a desire to grow within a well-resourced, client-focused firm.
Responsibilities
Handle a sophisticated family law practice encompassing divorce, custody, alimony, asset division, and related litigation
Supervise and develop associate-level attorneys and support staff
Grow and sustain a robust client base on the Connecticut shoreline and surrounding communities
Serve as a firm ambassador through community engagement, bar association participation, and professional networking
Contribute to the overall strategic direction and leadership of the Family Law practice group
Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Connecticut bar admission required
10 or more years of family law experience
Portable book of business strongly preferred; candidates with existing client relationships in the Old Saybrook or Shoreline region are particularly encouraged to apply
Established reputation for excellence in Connecticut family law
Strong leadership, mentorship, and business development capabilities
