Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Partner Success Manager to own the growth, performance, and success of a portfolio of B2B reseller and partner accounts. This role is responsible for driving revenue expansion, partner engagement, and pipeline development across Connect America’s partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this position focuses on accelerating partner-led growth by increasing product penetration, improving conversion rates, and identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective partners.
By leveraging data such as revenue performance, pipeline health, and partner adoption metrics, you will develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue impact and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution from opportunity identification through deal close and ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account and partnership growth plans to expand revenue within the Mid-Atlantic reseller/partner portfolio
Own partner relationships, driving engagement, retention, and long-term success
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new market opportunities within existing partners
Build and manage partner pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align partner initiatives with company goals
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
Deliver regular business reviews (QBRs) and performance insights to partners
Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and results
Travel up to 30% as needed to support partner engagement
Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B account management, partner/channel management, or business development
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health preferred
Strong Salesforce/CRM proficiency required
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships or channel relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
Self-starter with a bias toward action and ownership
