Job description

Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We’re actively looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our Revenue team.

Reporting directly to our SVP of Partnerships, you will play a high-visibility, high-impact role by rapidly expanding and diversifying Nift’s global partner ecosystem. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, launching, managing, and optimizing partner campaigns, ensuring they achieve their performance goals. You will establish, build, and grow strong relationships with assigned partnerships. You will provide strategic insights and identify new growth opportunities.

Our Mission

Nift’s mission is to reshape how people discover and try new brands by introducing them to products and services through thoughtful "thank-you" gifts delivered via consumer engagement partners. Our customer-first approach ensures businesses acquire new customers efficiently while making consumers feel valued and rewarded. We are a data-driven, cash-flow-positive company that has experienced 731% growth over the last three years. Now, we’re scaling to become one of the largest sources for new customer acquisition worldwide.

Backed by Spark Capital & Foundry who also invested in Slack, Snap, SeatGeek, Fitbit, Warby Parker, Wayfair and Twitter, we are poised for exponential growth and ready to demonstrate impact on a global scale. Read more about our growth here.

What you will do:

Own the growth, health, and long-term strategy of a portfolio of high-value supply-side partnerships, with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and partner satisfaction

Identify and execute expansion opportunities across new placements, lifecycle triggers, channels, audiences, products, and international markets

Develop strategic account plans that connect each partner’s business priorities with clear revenue opportunities and measurable growth initiatives

Proactively monitor partner performance and translate data into clear narratives, executive-level insights, and actionable recommendations that influence partner decisions

Lead strategic partner conversations, including business reviews, growth-planning sessions, performance readouts, and executive stakeholder meetings

Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, customer journey, monetization goals, technical environment, and competitive landscape

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to provide partners with valuable insights and recommendations

Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing revenue impact, operational feasibility, technical requirements, and Nift’s broader business priorities

Track revenue pacing, surface risks early, and establish clear owners and next steps to keep growth initiatives moving forward

What you need:

5–7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, or client success within commerce media, retail media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related industry

Prior experience launching, managing, nurturing, and scaling relationships with high-value supply-side partnerships

A proactive, sales-minded approach to partner success, with demonstrated success owning and growing complex enterprise partnerships with measurable revenue responsibility

Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both the partner and the business

Experience designing A/B tests and using results to guide creative, placement, audience, and product decisions

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret full-funnel performance data, diagnose underlying issues, and turn findings into persuasive recommendations

Advanced spreadsheet and reporting proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data extraction, and reporting)

A high degree of ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving products and processes

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder escalations effectively

High bias to action, motivated with a strong work ethic, grit, integrity, and a can-do attitude

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

What you get:

Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits (401K with matching, Medical/Dental/Vision), and we offer all full-time employees the potential to hold company equity

Flexible remote work

Unlimited Responsible PTO

Great opportunity to join a growing, cash-flow-positive company while having a direct impact on Nift's revenue, growth, scale, and future success
