Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead complex commercial/construction litigation and arbitration matters from inception through resolution, trial, or final hearing.
Formulate and execute aggressive, client-focused litigation strategies that align with complex business objectives.
Draft high-level pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct disciplined discovery and depositions for high-risk cases.
Represent clients directly before state/federal courts and arbitration panels.
Provide strategic counsel on risk mitigation, change order conflicts, and contract interpretations for a diverse roster of clients, including small businesses, multinational corporations, and developers.

Exceptional courtroom presence, writing skills, and a trial-focused mindset.
A portable book of business is highly preferred; a strong desire to actively participate in firm growth and client development is essential.
