Abode Money is the first financial manager for homeowners. We save homeowners money on property taxes, insurance, mortgage and more, every year. Our vision is to be the first to create an ongoing relationship with 80M+ homeowners.

The Role
We're hiring a Partnerships Lead to own our B2B motion end to end: sourcing, selling, and shaping the product partners buy. Insurers, mortgage lenders, personal finance apps, and fintechs already run on our API, and almost all of it came from inbound. Your job is to make it repeatable and scale it.
This is as much a product job as a sales job. You'll define what partners buy, from the API, SDK, and MCP to a self-serve developer portal and a way for Realtors to offer appeals to their clients, and work with a dedicated engineer to ship it. Deals run $100K to $1M+ a year.
What You’ll Do
Own New Partner ARR: Set the targets, own the pipeline, and close new partners at $100K+ annual minimums.
Build the Outbound Engine: Run cold outreach, warm intros through our investors, conferences, and GTM engineering for lists and sequencing.
Run the Deal: Lead every deal from first call to signature, including pricing, minimums, and structure.
Shape the Partner Product: Write the specs for the API, SDK, MCP, and developer portal, and ship them with a dedicated engineer.
Drive Attach After Signing: Hand off to Ops for integration, then work with partners on placement so volume grows past the minimum.
Who You Are
In Austin or willing to relocate. We work in person 5 days a week.
8+ years in BD, partnerships, or channel at a fintech, proptech, insurtech, or API company
Have closed six- and seven-figure partnership deals and made them work after the signature
Can talk API, SDK, and integration scope with a partner's engineers
Think commercially and structure deals around how the partner makes money
Want to run something of your own eventually, or already have

Compensation
$175,000 – $225,000 base, plus an uncapped bonus on new partner ARR, plus equity
