Partnerships & Outreach Volunteer
Location: Remote or In-person (Arusha preferred, but volunteers from anywhere are welcome)
Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week (Flexible)
Reports to: Chairperson and Operations Manager

Volunteer Purpose
We are looking for a Partnerships & Outreach Volunteer to help BRF build relationships with individuals and organizations that believe in empowering young people.
Our work is centred on digital education, but we know that young people need support in many different ways. We welcome partnerships with anyone who shares our commitment to helping young people reach their full potential.
As a volunteer, you will work closely with the Chairperson and Operations Manager to identify opportunities, connect with potential partners, and support fundraising and outreach activities that help BRF grow.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your role may include:
Researching organizations, businesses, foundations, schools, and community groups that may be interested in partnering with BRF.
Contacting potential partners through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, or other suitable channels.
Looking for grants, sponsorships, donations, and other funding opportunities.
Assisting with grant applications, partnership proposals, and introductory letters.
Following up with organizations and maintaining good relationships.
Promoting BRF's work within your professional and community networks.
Supporting meetings, networking events, and community engagement activities when needed.
Keeping simple records of outreach activities and partnership opportunities.
Sharing ideas that can help BRF reach more young people.

Believes in creating opportunities for young people.
Experience in fundraising, partnership development, communications, sales, marketing, or grant writing is an advantage, but it is not required. If you are eager to learn and make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
