Parts Administrative & Inventory ControlWe are looking for a Parts Administrative & Inventory Control team member dedicated to supporting our Oak Creek and North Milwaukee locations.This position combines administrative support with hands-on inventory control to help maintain accurate parts inventory, streamline processes, and support both dealership Parts teams.What You'll DoSupport parts inventory and administrative functions at both locationsResearch inventory adjustments and discrepanciesComplete cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracyAudit parts locations and holding areasProcess customer, vendor, and core returnsAssist with physical inventoryMaintain accurate records and dataIdentify opportunities to improve inventory processes and efficiencyWork closely with dealership and Corporate teamsCross-train and provide support across both locations as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED1+ year of relevant experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizationBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in both office and warehouse/parts environmentsTruck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star is one of the largest Freightliner and Western Star dealership groups in the United States, serving customers across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
