Job description
Parts SpecialistA Parts Specialist needs to perform well under pressure and understand the fluctuating needs for various replacement parts to excel in the role. They're responsible for keeping the business well-stocked and keeping customers happy. Some day-to-day Parts Specialist job duties include:Maintain optimal inventory levelsMonitoring the current parts inventoryPricing parts to maintain profitabilityReceiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling themHelping customers find and purchase the correct partsOverseeing special orders and creating POsCollaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobsGreeting customersHelping customers with service requestsOpen and Closing WOsRequirementsMust be organized and detail oriented.Must be punctual.Must be able to work as part of a team.Open to thinking outside the box and implementing new ideas.Must be a leader of change.Must be willing to work in a fun environment!
