Job description
Job TitleResponsibilities:Checks in all stock orders upon receipt.Notifies the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing from any type of order.Keeps all parts shelves stocked using the space available in an efficient manner.Receipts in all special-order parts.Maintains a special-order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts.Notifies the appropriate service manager when the special-order parts that were ordered for their team have been received.Notifies the parts manager of special order parts that were ordered by the retail or wholesale counter.Maintains a backorder file.Assists in picking up emergency orders and making deliveries.If an outside company is being used for the delivery, ensure that all the shipping requirements of that company have been met.Maintains a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, vendors.Requirements:Follows the dress code the company has put in place. Maintains a clean and neat work area.Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.Reports on time to work and follows schedule that is given. Calls supervisor if he/she cannot be at work on time.Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position.Follows all company policies and procedures. Notifies supervisor of any illegal activity.The individual must maintain an acceptable driving record according to our insurance standards at all times.No employee or applicant should be under the influence of any substance including medical marijuana on-site or during work hours.
