Shipping And Receiving AssociateSioux Falls Ford Lincoln is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. We are looking for a person who can perform efficiently in a warehouse environment by handling incoming and outgoing deliveries. This individual is responsible for organizing new shipments and making sure parts and various items get to the right department and employees.Essential Duties include but not limited to:Receive all deliveries, verifying bills of lading against pieces received.Distributes and locates parts into bins for collection.Distributes special parts orders to the departments that have ordered them.Receipts and shelves all stock orders or returns inventory system.Scraps all authorized replaced warranty parts on a monthly basis.Cleans and restocks shipping and receiving areaDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliersJob Requirements:Excellent oral, written and interpersonal and phone etiquette skillsBasic math skillsAbility to read and comprehend instruction / informationA positive attitude, exceptional work ethic and willingness to learnComputer literacy with proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applicationsForklift experience a plus but not requiredValid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to successfully pass a background checkBENEFITS AVAILABLE TO FULL TIME EMPLOYEES • Health Insurance (Including Wellness Benefit) • Dental and Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401(k) with company matching after one year of service • Section 125 FLEX Account • EAP - Employee Assistance Program through Avera • Paid Vacation, Holiday, and Personal Time • Discounts on vehicles, service & parts – including immediate family members • Employee Events • Advancement Opportunities
