If you are personable, energetic and of high integrity, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your automotive career.We are looking for a Parts Stock person for our Lexus & Toyota of Manhattan locations!The Parts Stock Person is responsible for ensuring that all parts inventory and supplies are promptly and properly transported, stocked, displayed, and secured according to company regulations.What you will be doing:Loads and unloads vehicles with customer orders and incoming stockStocks orders accurately and ensures labels are accurate, clear, and visibleVerifies that all items pulled are the correct part number and in the quantity orderedPrepares and packs customer orders, ensuring items are properly packaged and sealedPerforms count checks as requestedReports damaged or missing productsCommunicates and collaborates with manager on inventory and ordersMaintains cleanliness of the Parts DepartmentReports any and all accidents to a managerFollows factory guidelines for warranty parts storage and returnsFollows company safety procedures and policiesAutomotive Parts Stock Person Qualifications:Must have a valid driver's license, in good standingPrevious Dealership experience preferredPrevious Parts experience preferredMust be able lift, lower, push all sizes of boxes up to and in excess of 50lbsMust be able to stand, sit and mobilize through various dealership work areas (sometimes for extended periods)Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groupsMust perform light housekeeping dutiesMust have excellent organizational and time management skillsMust have excellent time management skillsMust possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: $17 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceShift:8 hour shiftExperience:Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)Parts Stock: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
