Company: TDH Transport LLC Location: Rock Hill, SC Pay: $25–$30 per hour Job Type: Part-time
nTDH Transport LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to handle the company’s accounting and tax-related responsibilities.
nResponsibilities:
nPrepare and file business tax returns and required tax documents.
nPrepare financial statements and tax documents for year-end filing.
nMaintain and balance the company’s books.
nReconcile bank and credit card accounts.
nManage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
nPrepare customer invoices and track outstanding payments.
nProcess payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
nTrack expenses, receipts, and company purchases.
nReview financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
nWork with the CPA or tax authorities when necessary.
nMaintain organized and accurate accounting records.
nQualifications:
nPrevious accounting experience required.
nExperience preparing and filing business taxes.
nStrong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statements.
nExperience balancing books and reconciling accounts.
nQuickBooks experience preferred.
nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
nAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
nTransportation or small-business accounting experience is a plus.
