Qualifications
Experience in leading pharmacy operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
Ability to develop and expand clinical services, including non-sterile compounding programs.
Proficiency in using advanced pharmacy systems like PioneerRx to optimize workflow and improve patient outcomes.
Strong leadership skills to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team.
Experience in managing inventory, financial performance, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
Compensation
$50 - $62 hourly
