nnGreet and tour prospective residents.
nPromote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
nExplain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
nProcesses and maintains accurate resident files
nWorks closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
nProcesses re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts
nUnderstand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
nAssists applicant with the application process
nCreates and updates waitlist
nCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
nEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
nConduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnMust be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required
nKnowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred
nMinimum 1 year of sales experience - Preferred
nExcellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
nAttention to detail
nUnderstands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
nKnowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
nWorks well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
nStrong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
n nAdditional Information
nProperties: Park Tower & Park City View (132 units total)
nPay: $23- $25 hourly
nSchedule: Monday-Friday; 9am-2pm
