Job description
Join our retail field team supporting in-store merchandising programs.
nPosition Overview:
nStrategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech-savvy merchandisers for our gig-based positions. Our merchandisers are the backbone of our company, handling a variety of tasks from audits to planogram implementation. This is not full-time or part-time work; it's project-based gig work.
nPay Rate: Each project has an established pay rate that varies by client and assignment.
nResponsibilities:
nnComplete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
nRead, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
nPerform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
nUse your smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload clear, high-quality photos live while in the store.
nEnable location permissions on your smartphone for project verification.
nCommunicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
nTake full responsibility for your assigned area, completing all work offered fully and on time.
n nRequirements:
nnProven experience with resets and general merchandising.
nComfortable with technology; must have an Android or iPhone with reliable internet access, know how to use Google Chrome and third-party apps, and be able to submit surveys and photos live while on site.
nAble to handle data-intensive and photo-heavy surveys and reports.
nOrganized, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to plan ahead and complete work with urgency.
nReliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver's license.
nAble to read, understand, and follow written instructions carefully.
nDaily email access and reliable phone/text communication are required.
nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach up and down, lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds, and move light fixtures on wheels.

nTexas and California positions are W-2 employee positions. Opportunities in all other states are offered as 1099 Independent Contractor assignments. Work is project-based and does not guarantee steady income. You must be comfortable working independently, following detailed instructions, learning new tools, and completing all work accurately and on time. Outstanding communication with supervisors by email, phone, and text is required. Logging in to our system daily to check assignments and updates is mandatory.
