nResponsibilities
nMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa
nSanitize treatment rooms between services
nWash, fold, and organize towels and linens
nRestock spa supplies, robes, beverages, and amenities
nAssist guests with robes, towels, beverages, and spa needs
nSupport massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff
nHelp maintain relaxation rooms, bathrooms, sauna areas, and wellness equipment
nAssist with opening and closing duties
nPromote memberships, retail products, promotions, and rebooking opportunities
nHelp create a relaxing luxury spa experience for every guest
nQualifications
nFriendly and professional attitude
nStrong customer service and communication skills
nReliable, organized, and detail-oriented
nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
nTeam player with a positive attitude
nSpa, salon, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
nMust be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
nPhysical Requirements
nAbility to stand for extended periods
nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.
nComfortable working in a spa and wellness environment
