Job description
Lifeguard/Party HostWe are currently looking to add a permanent Lifeguard/Party Host shift to our team. In this role, your primary responsibility would be serving as the host during scheduled birthday parties and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Please note that availability on Saturdays is required for this position to host scheduled parties. The standard shift runs from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. However, shifts may run longer if a party chooses to add an extra 30 or 60 minutes of pool time.Responsibilities would include:Keeping parties on schedule by following planned activitiesMaintaining facility cleanliness throughout the eventCoordinating food and drink deliveriesEngaging with guests to create a fun, welcoming atmosphereEnsuring all aspects of the party flow seamlesslyIn cases where an additional lifeguard is needed, you would also be required to step in as a lifeguard during the party's pool time and then resume your party hosting responsibilities once pool activities conclude.If you're looking for additional time, there are also opportunities to pick up Open Swim hours.
