Duties
Manage complex patent portfolios.
Provide client counseling and freedom to operate analyses.
Support litigation and conduct IP due diligence.
Requirements
2-6 years of patent prosecution experience.
Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
Strong academic and professional credentials.
Education
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
Registration to practice with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with ability to become licensed in Minnesota or Iowa.
