Job description
Vanguard-IP seeks an attorney admitted to the Bar and in good standing, with USPTO registration and a strong background in patent law, especially in software/AI. The role emphasizes drafting and prosecuting patent applications and working both independently and in a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in CS/CE/EE/ME or related field and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and sound judgment under pressure.
