Patent Attorney - Chemistry or Biochemistry - Chicago
Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP chemistry associate for its Life Sciences practice in Chicago.
Qualifications
3-5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical sectors.
Experience working with academic institutions, startups, and mid-sized companies in the biotech or pharmaceutical space.
PhD or MS in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field.
Illinois bar license (or ability to become admitted to sit for the IL bar exam).
USPTO admission is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
