Job description
REQUIREMENTS
Strong academic credentials, including an undergraduate or graduate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or biological engineering
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively in a team environment
Past experience with litigation involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or medical devices preferred
Prior trial experience a plus
The ideal candidate will have complex litigation experience, with a focus on patent disputes and matters involving life sciences companies.
