Job description

Dorsey & Whitney seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (Patent) to join our IP Litigation Practice Group in Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City. You will work on complex patent matters in federal courts nationwide and before the PTAB.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of patent litigation experience, a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, and bar admission in the residency state, with strong writing and communication skills.
