Job description
Vanguard-IP is seeking a qualified legal professional with patent litigation experience in federal courts. The role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) and a strong ability to draft legal documents and work alongside technical experts.
Ideal candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to engage in ITC investigations as well as PTAB proceedings. The position is based in Dallas, Texas.
