Job description
McGuireWoods is seeking a Technical Advisor to join the Commercial Litigation - Patent group in Houston. You will assist patent teams by analyzing and understanding computer-related technology at issue in diverse matters.
The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to conduct prior art research and explain complex concepts to litigators. A tech background in EE or CS is preferred.
