Job description
Vanguard-IP in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking an Associate attorney registered with the USPTO to join its busy patent prosecution practice. The candidate will represent patent owners and petitioners at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and complainants at the International Trade Commission (ITC). A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required, along with prior experience in law, especially related to technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
