Job description
Journeys, a Genesco brand, seeks team-oriented individuals to assist in recruiting, hiring, and training while driving sales goals at the Mankato location. You will support store operations and lead by example in delivering a fun, full-service in-store experience for customers.
You'll engage with a fast-paced retail team, develop staff through coaching, and promote from within as opportunities arise. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet store needs.
