Job description
Journeys in Lakeland, FL is seeking candidates to assist Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to reach sales goals and protect company assets.
You will help recruit, train, and develop a capable sales team, provide coaching, and enforce policies to maintain high standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, 45-hour weeks, and night/weekend shifts.
