Job description
Genesco's Journeys in Peoria, IL is seeking a dedicated Co-Manager to support the Store Manager and Training Manager in achieving sales goals and protecting assets. You will recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team, provide coaching, enforce policies, and ensure the store operates smoothly while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience.
