Job description
Journeys is seeking a dedicated District Manager in Training to supervise multiple store locations in the assigned district from Santa Clara, CA, driving sales and operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to travel within the district to mentor teams and ensure standards.
You will support DSMs, staff stores, and enforce company policies while developing talent.
