Position Overview
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville is seeking a full-time Surgical Pathologist/Hematopathologist to join our faculty at the non-tenure-accruing level of Assistant or Associate Professor.
We are seeking an experienced Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist who is Board Eligible/Certified and fellowship-trained in Hematopathology. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative academic setting with strong clinical, educational, and research components.
Position Highlights:
Board Certified / Board Eligible (MD/DO) in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
Fellowship training and BC/BE in Hematopathology
FL medical license & DEA
Sign out surgical pathology cases
Interpret and sign out hematopathology and flow cytometry cases
Mentorship of residents and fellows in hematopathology and surgical pathology
Collaborative research in surgical pathology and hematopathology
Anatomic pathology on-call services
