8:00 AM 5:00 PM
36 guaranteed hours
Practice Setting Anatomic Pathology
No Trauma
EMR: Epic
Academic Medical Center Experience: Not required
Patient Volume Approximately cases per day
Support Staff 3 physicians
Requirements MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
Fellowship required
Credentialing Standard credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Credentialing will be expedited
