Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Hartford, CT seeks a friendly Patient Service Representative to deliver outstanding patient care and service. You will greet, register, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support daily operations across multiple satellite offices.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a fast-paced medical office, basic medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Epic experience is a plus.
