Job description
University of North Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Patient Access Lead to supervise daily clinic operations, coordinate GUIDE program scheduling, and support patient and caregiver needs with a focus on a positive patient experience.
The role requires overseeing front desk staff, training, and ensuring efficient workflows within the Health Systems division on the Fort Worth campus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a security-sensitive environment.
