Job description

Sheridan Community Hospital in Sheridan, MI is seeking a Patient Access Team Lead to be the first impression of the health system. This role greets patients by phone or in person with kindness and schedules appropriately to optimize satisfaction and provider time.

The Team Lead will train staff, oversee two hospital locations, handle after-hours coverage with PFSS, and ensure HIPAA compliance across patient access operations.
